God designed our bodies in the most
wonderful way from head to toe. He
organized our body parts externally and
internally with great precision and
functionality.
Three main aspects of achieving physical
fitness are:
1) Physical Diet and Nutrition (Genesis 1:29-30)
2) Physical Exercise (2 Corinthians 6:19-20)
3) Physical Rest and Relaxation (Psalm 127:2)

Spiritual Fitness
God teaches us through the Bible that we
are spiritually dead until we are born again
(born from above through the Holy Spirit)
Four main aspects of spiritual fitness are:
1) Revelation Enlightenment through the
Holy Spirit (John 3:3)
2) Spiritual Diet (feeding on Gods word)
(Romans 10:17)
3) Spiritual Exercise (acts of service toward
God and man) (Ephesians 2:10)
4) Spiritual Rest and Relaxation (Hebrews
4:6-7) .

Mental Fitness
God created our minds with great ability and
potential

fitness are:
